NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves placing a graphite raw material into a reactor connected with a shear machine, controlling the temperature of the reactor to 10-80 degrees C, pumping carbon dioxide into the reactor at 8-60 MPa, adjusting rotor speed to 3500-9000 rpm, stripping graphene for 1-5 hours by intercalation and stabilization of coupling of carbon dioxide with shear, cavitation and mechanical impact generated by a rotor and a stator at high-speed relative motion, evacuating carbon dioxide in the reactor, and collecting stripped graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of graphene by simple and environmentally-friendly process with reduced equipment cost.
