NOVELTY - Graphene-metal wire composite fiber has an n-stage super-spiral multi-stage structure composed of sub-fibers, and the first-stage sub-fiber is formed by spirally winding s metal wires coated with graphene, and the m-th sub-fiber is composed of t root m-1. The sub-fibers are spirally formed, where the surface of the metal wire and each metal wire have continuous and uniform thickness graphene, and n is an integer not less than 6, m is an integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to n, and each time t and t are integers not less than 6, and the volume percentage of the graphene is greater than or equal to 0.4% based on the volume of the graphene-coated metal wire. USE - Graphene-metal wire composite fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-metal wire composite fiber, which involves: (A) growing graphene on the surface of s root metal wires by chemical vapor deposition process; (B) performing twisting compound treatment on the graphene-coated wire; (C) hot-stretching twisted composite wire; (D) performing multi-mode cold drawing treatment on the hot-stretched wire, so that the total elongation of the wire after all dies is 450-500%; (E) subjecting cold drawn wire to a chemical vapor deposition process to obtain sub-fibers; and (F) taking t sub-fibers to replace the wire and obtaining the graphene-metal wire composite fiber, where t in each cycle is the same or different.
