NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-loaded graphene quantum dot composite material, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) adding organic substance into obtained graphene oxide dispersion, then stirring to dissolve, reacting completely by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-loaded graphene quantum dot composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the photoelectric effect and dispersion of graphene quantum dot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-loaded graphene quantum dot composite material prepared by above method.
