▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified polyurethane acrylate coating involves (i) ball milling a biomass graphene for 2 hours and having a ball-to-material ratio of 10:1-5:1 and an oscillation frequency of 30 Hz, (ii) taking out the biomass graphene produced in step (i), adding into a freeze dryer, pre-freezing and performing vacuum freeze-drying treatment, and (iii) adding 0.01-2.00% biomass graphene prepared in step (ii) to the UV-curable water-based polyurethane acrylate coating and using a high-speed disperser to perform mechanical dispersion for 5-10 minutes until the dispersion is uniform. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified polyurethane acrylate coating used as raw material for preparing furniture and flooring (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified polyurethane acrylate coating having excellent hardness and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of using graphene-modified polyurethane acrylate coating, which involves (i) coating the modified UV-curable water-based polyurethane acrylate coating on the panel with a wet film preparation device and using sand paper to polish so that the flatness error is 0.06 mm or less, (ii) placing the panel prepared in step (i) on the conveyor belt of the production line, passing through the infrared leveling drying oven, installing the infrared ceramic heating tube at the bottom of the box at 70-95 degrees C and uniformly passing through a conveyor belt at a speed of 0.25-1.0 m/second, (iii) placing the panel prepared in step (ii) on the conveyor belt of the production line, passing through the UV curing box, installing three UV lamps on the top of the box, controlling the power of each tube, adjusting the power to 0-100% and passing the conveyor belt at a constant speed of 0.25-1.0 m/second to complete the curing of the coating film, and (iv) storing the panels coated with the biomass graphene modified UV-curable water-based polyurethane acrylate coating in step (iii) for preserving.
