NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene modified porous titanium dioxide film involves (a) synthesizing polystyrene microsphere, (b) depositing titanyl sulfate solution electrochemically into electrode system, (c) rinsing the resulting deposited product with deionized water, drying and calcining the resulting titanium dioxide film, (d) preparing graphite oxide, and subjecting to sonication to obtain dispersed solution, (e) depositing the solution on thin film of graphene by cyclic voltammetry, and (f) rinsing the film with deionized water, and naturally drying product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified porous titanium dioxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective, hence suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene modified porous titanium dioxide film involves (a) synthesizing polystyrene microsphere by soap-free emulsion polymerization reaction, and indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass substrate template, (b) obtaining precursor solution, electrolyte and aqueous titanyl sulfate solution and depositing the titanyl sulfate solution electrochemically into three-electrode system, (c) rinsing the resulting deposited product with deionized water, drying the rinsed product naturally, washing the dried product with toluene to remove polystyrene microspheres and calcining the resulting titanium dioxide film, (d) preparing graphite oxide by natural flake graphite modified Hummers method, and subjecting the prepared graphite oxide to sonication using phosphate buffer to obtain graphene oxide dispersed solution, (e) depositing the graphene oxide dispersed solution on thin film of graphene by cyclic voltammetry to obtain graphene modified porous titanium dioxide film, and (f) rinsing the resulting graphene modified porous titanium dioxide film with deionized water, and naturally drying product.
