NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics, comprises (1) pulverizing the walnut shell carbon powder, silicon micropowder and graphene powder by ball mill, (2) stirring walnut shell carbon powder, graphene powder, silicon fluoride, silica sol, pore-forming agent, and sintering aid, adding dispersant and extrusion aid and stirring again to form a mixture, (3) extruding the mixture, drying at 100-120℃ for 10-15 minutes to obtain a silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic green body, (4) heating silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic body to 700-800℃ at a heating rate of 20-25℃/hour for 1-1.5 hours, heating to 1100-1300℃ for 1-1.5 hours, stop heating, cooling to a temperature of 50-60℃, immersing in the resin solution for 1-1.5 hours, taking it out, continue heating to 800-1000℃ for 2.5-3hours to obtain a silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic. USE - The method for preparing silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics. Uses include but are not limited to chemical industry, electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, electronic and electrical appliances, and machinery. ADVANTAGE - The prepared silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic has good toughness.
