The reaction is carried out under condensing reflux heating conditions, the product is washed various times after the reaction, and then filtered and dried to obtain modified carbon microspheres. A solution of the dried modified carbon microspheres, water and methyl methacrylate are prepared, recorded as solution A, poured in nitrogen and continue stirred until the mixture is uniform. A graphene oxide aqueous solution is prepared, recorded as solution B, continue to stirred until the mixture is uniform.
