▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/polyethylene glycol (GPEG) polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent comprises 5.8-7.4 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 16.4-19 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5.8-7.4 pts. wt. polyether macromonomer, 34-45 pts. wt. water, 2-2.5 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution, 4.5-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 4.5-5.2 pts. wt. reduction agent, 4.5-5.2 pts. wt. oxidant and 4.5-5 pts. wt. mercaptopropionic acid. USE - Used as graphene/polyethylene glycol polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. ADVANTAGE - The water reducing agent has excellent super-long slump retention and slow-release properties, good concrete construction performance. The method is simple, and the optimal process for synthesizing polycarboxylate water-reducing agent at room temperature was screened out by multiple experiments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the water reducing agent, comprising (i) selecting polyether macro-monomer and water into the three-neck round bottom flask, fully stirring uniformly to completely dissolve, (ii) selecting hydrogen peroxide solution and catalyst, mixing and stirring to prepare solution A, (iii) selecting acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, reducing agent mercaptopropionic acid and water, mixing and stirring to obtain mixed solution B, and (iv) controlling the solution to keep the initial temperature at 17-20degrees Celsius, and dropping A solution for 50 minutes, dropping B solution for 60 minutes to obtain the ultra-long slump retaining slow release type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent SP33 with solid content of 40%.
