NOVELTY - The method involves adding the concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite, potassium permanganate and water sequentially in a reaction kettle (1). The graphene oxide or graphite oxide slurry obtained are purified. The salt particles are separated and removed. The material obtained is left to stand to remove the sulfuric acid solution in the reaction product. The obtained material is purified to obtain a cake. The dry or mud state material is formed with a higher solid content, and the cake material is mixed and dispersed. The dry material or material in slurry state is obtained with water to form slurry or material in solution state with low solid content. The material in the slurry or solution state is purified, so as to obtain the cake material, dry material or material in the mud state with higher solid content again. USE - Preparation method of high-purity oxidation graphene or oxidation graphite. ADVANTAGE - The method: controls the solid content of the material after the first purification treatment is more than 20 (preferably more than 30)% (claimed); and provides high-purity oxidation graphene or oxidation graphite with high production efficiency.
