NOVELTY - The screen has two transparent thin film layers which are provided with two graphene layers. The second graphene layer is adhered to the surface of the first transparent thin film layer. The crossed positions of sensor node are provided with the voltage source on conductive region of the graphene layers. Transparent film layer is provided with a sensing coil on the graphene layers. USE - Graphene capacitive touch screen of touch panel of LCD device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene capacitive touch screen can replace indium tin oxide (ITO) capacitive touch screen. The capacitive touch screen can be foldable, high sensitivity, light and thin, high light transmittance, high conductivity and low cost and green and environment-friendly. The graphene layer and transparent film can form sensing node, so that the touch point position coordinate can be obtained. The conductive regions can be independently used for the touch sensor to work. Thus the multi-spot touch control can be obtained.
