NOVELTY - Modified electrode film comprises a carbon-based material (100), agglomerant and hydrophobic nano particles (200). The particle diameter of the hydrophobic nano particles is 1nm-100nm. The contact of the hydrophobic nano-particle is 105-180°. The carbon-based material in the modified electrode film and the agglomerant. The weight ratio of the hydrophobic nano-particles is: (700-800): (1200- 2400): (8-200). The carbon-based material is at least one of graphite, graphene, fullerene, activated carbon, acetylene black, carbon black, carbon nanotube, carbon fiber and their derivatives. USE - Modified electrode film for use in the air electrode of the refrigerator of aluminum-magnesium fuel cell and a lithium air battery anode. ADVANTAGE - The modified electrode film has good waterproof ventilation property.
