NOVELTY - Preparing phase transition hydrogel assisted solid phase surface light driving gas-gel micro motor comprises depositing nano-gold on the surface, reducing and oxidizing graphene gas gel micro-motor. USE - The phase transition hydrogel assisted solid-phase surface light driven gas-gel micro motor is useful in solid phase environment and in the medicine for treating and/or preventing cancer e.g. breast cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The phase-transition hydrogel assisted solid-phase surface light-driven gas-gel micro-motor system is suitable for the particles with photo-thermal characteristics, solves the problem that the micro-nano motor only can be driven in the aqueous phase environment in the prior art. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) phase transition hydrogel assisted solid-phase surface light driven gas-gel micro motor prepared by above-mentioned method; (2) method for driving the phase-transition hydrogel assisted solid-phase surface light-driven gas-gel micro motor on the solid-phase surface comprising coating the phase transition hydrogel on the surface of gas gel micro motor and the solid phase, using near infrared laser irradiating micro motor on solid phase surface assisted by phase transition hydrogel, when the temperature of the light-driven gas gel micromotor on the solid surface assisted by the phase transition hydrogel is higher than the phase transition temperature of the phase transition hydrogel, phase transition hydrogel-assisted light-driven gas gel micro-motor surrounding gel to liquid state on solid-phase surface, the liquid gel acts as a phase-changeable motion track to push the light-driven gas gel micromotor on the solid-phase surface assisted by the phase-transition hydrogel to move along the direction of the laser beam; and (3) use method of the light-driven gas gel micromotor on the solid phase surface assisted by phase transition hydrogel as medicine for treating and/or preventing cancer comprising coating gel around the tumor tissue to form a gel layer, making the phase transition hydrogel assisted solid-phase surface light driven gas gel the surface of the gel controllable movement, the phase-transition hydrogel-assisted solid-phase surface light driving gas gel the surface of the micro-motor moves to the tumor part, improving the near-infrared light power, melting the tumor under the irradiation of near-infrared light
