▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an aqueous dispersion of graphene polymer involves dispersing the graphite powder in a mixture of the intercalant and the hydrophilic cosolvent, dispersing the ultrasonic solution by carbon dioxide (CO2) for 1-3 hours, and then pumping into the supercritical reaction kettle with stirring to inject CO2. After the pressure reaches the specified range, the mixture is heated and started to stir. After some hours, the CO2 is released, and the dispersion is exceeded, and then transferred to the centrifugal separation stage to remove the graphite precipitate which has not been successfully peeled off. The supernatant liquid is taken out, injected into the reaction vessel, and a hydrophilic solvent is added to start the reaction vessel stirring. The mixture of the active monomer and the initiator is added dropwise at a temperature of 100-130 degrees C to carry out an in-situ graft reaction to obtain the aqueous graphene polymer dispersion. USE - Method for preparing an aqueous dispersion of graphene polymer used in an anticorrosive coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare an aqueous dispersion of graphene polymer, that can be directly added to any other waterborne anticorrosive coating to significantly improve the protective properties of the anticorrosive coating.
