▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The tire (100) has a reinforcing element spirally formed to cover two ends of a belt (30). A graphene layer (120) is formed on a resin layer (110), and a light-weight film structure includes another resin layer formed on the graphene layer. The reinforcing element is configured to transfer heat around belt generated during driving to an outside. The reinforcing element is provided with a cap to cover an upper portion of the belt. The graphene layer passes through a drying device for drying dispersion. The resin layers are continuously provided through a supply roller. A rubber layer (140) covers the resin layers. A through hole is formed in an area corresponding to 10-20 percent of a unit area. USE - Reinforcing element integrated heat dissipation performance featured pneumatic tire for a vehicle i.e. car. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation performance of the tire is improved. The generated heat is smoothly transferred to the surroundings. The thin film structure has the effect of reducing the weight of tire. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the pneumatic tire.
