NOVELTY - The positive plate has a current collector, at least two active material layers and a porous diffusion layer. A porous diffusion layer arranged between two adjacent active material layers. A thickness of the active material layer is greater than or equal to a thickness of the porous diffusion layer. A porosity of the active material layer is less than or equal to a porosity of the porous diffusion layer. A framework material of the porous diffusion layer is a conductive carbon-based porous material i.e. graphene, graphene oxide, activated carbon, carbon nano-tube and conductive polymer material. USE - Positive plate for use in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive plate has large capacity without changing whole compaction density and without reducing multiplying power performance. The lithium ion can effectively and quickly diffuse from bulk phase electrolyte to surface of the positive active material layer and participate in embedding or removing, can effectively relieve polarization phenomenon on surface of the positive active material layer, so as to obviously reduce polarization impedance of whole battery, obviously enhance capacity of large-rate discharge of the positive plate under large capacity. A space utilization rate of the ion transmission channel can be greatly improved through reasonable and effective design, so as to reach high pressure real density.
