▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based RFID antenna comprises (i) mixing monohydroxy acrylate, hydroxy acrylic resin, polymerization inhibitor, and organic solvent, stirring and heating to 45-50 degrees C, adding phosphorus pentoxide under stirring, then stirring and heating to 80 degrees C for 3 hours, detecting acid value to be basically stable, and adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate to obtain first mixed solution, (ii) adding organic solvent into graphene, adding polyaniline oligomer, dendritic polyamide amine, and dimethyl silicone oil, uniformly mixing to obtain second solution, mixing first and second solutions, and distilling out organic solvent under reduced pressure at 60 degrees C to obtain graphene conductive paste, (iii) heating graphene conductive paste to 60 degrees C, and printing with screen printer to obtain RFID antenna blank, (iv) curing the blank at 60 degrees C and irradiating with ultraviolet rays to obtain a cured RFID antenna blank, and (v) vapor-depositing solidified body with carbon coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based RFID antenna. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes intermittent light and auxiliary low temperature heating to quickly solidify the slurry, and more dense cured antenna, which makes the conductivity higher and the antenna performance better; protects the internal composite material; and improves the conductivity and antenna performance.
