NOVELTY - Preparing graphene micro-nanocrystal array involves introducing mixed atmosphere of methane and oxygen on surface of copper foil by chemical vapor deposition method to prepare graphene micro-nanocrystal array, where methane gas is used as graphene carbon source for growing copper foil as graphene growth of catalytic substrate, and oxygen as etching gas of graphene single crystal array.
