NOVELTY - The device has five rectangular structures orderly comprising first and second gallium nitride-polystyrene matrix layers (1, 5), first and second N-type silver doped zinc oxide nano wire array layers (2, 4) and a nitrogen-doped graphene layer (3). The second matrix layer is pressed at a side of the first matrix layer and connected with an indium tin oxide electrode (6). Side of the nitrogen-doped graphene layer is connected with a graphite electrode (7). Side of the second matrix layer is connected with another indium tin oxide electrode (8). USE - Laminated nano-piezoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high current-voltage and small volume, and can provide stable output, and can be widely used in daily life, and a passive and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a laminated nano-piezoelectric device preparation method.
