NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) mixing nanocrystalline cellulose, glucose, dispersant and deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silver ammonia solution, heating, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying and thinning processing, dispersing polylactic acid and succinic anhydride, granulating to obtain polylactic acid master batch and forming film to obtain base material; (ii) mixing the polyester diol, toluene diisocyanate, pentaerythritol oleate, nano molybdenum dioxide and catalyst, heating, coating the foaming polyurethane and vacuum drying; (iii) dissolving the titanium sulfate in deionized water, adding aqueous ammonia, adding hydrogen peroxide, aging, taking out, soaking in silver nitrate, calcining and tinning processing, mixing the mixed powder with polyester modified epoxy resin powder and vacuum drying; and (iv) mixing phenol, formaldehyde and graphene oxide, adding sodium hydroxide, dehydrating, thinning processing and coating the modified solution and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for producing antistatic shock-proof winding film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The comprises (i) mixing nanocrystalline cellulose, glucose, dispersant and deionized water and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, adding silver ammonia solution, heat reaction at 65-95degrees Celsius, continuously stirring for 10-60 minutes, cooling and centrifuging, washing by water to neutral, vacuum drying, crushing and thinning processing to obtain the hybrid nanocrystalline cellulose, ultrasonically dispersing the polylactic acid and succinic anhydride, mixing and stirring, repeatedly granulating for 2-3 times by extruding granulator to obtain polylactic acid master batch, mixing the poly-adipic acid-polybutylene terephthalate, polylactic acid master batch, hybrid nanocrystalline cellulose, repeatedly granulating for 2-5 times by extruding granulator and forming film by casting stretching device to obtain base material; (ii) mixing the polyester diol, toluene diisocyanate, pentaerythritol oleate, nano molybdenum dioxide, catalyst ultrasonic treatment under the 25-50degrees Celsius, stirring, heating to 60-90degrees Celsius, hydrothermal reaction for 1.5-4 hours to obtain the foaming polyurethane, coating the foaming polyurethane on the substrate layer in step S1, then performing hydrothermal reaction in the 30-60degrees Celsius and vacuum drying to obtain the shock-proof layer; (iii) dissolving the titanium sulfate in deionized water, adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH to 8-10, centrifuging and repeatedly washing, adding hydrogen peroxide, aging for 20-36 hours to obtain titanium peroxide sol, the glass fibre and active carbon fibre in the sol dipping treatment for 24-36 hours, vacuum drying under the 90-110degrees Celsius, taking out and soaking in silver nitrate, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, vacuum drying, under the protection of nitrogen, calcining 450- 600degrees Celsius for 1.5-3 hours, cooling to 20-25degrees Celsius, crushing and thinning processing to obtain the mixed powder, mixing and stirring the mixed powder with polyester modified epoxy resin powder coating ultrasonic treatment, obtaining the antistatic coating, coating on the shock-proof layer, vacuum drying to obtain the antistatic layer; and (iv) mixing phenol and formaldehyde and graphene oxide and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-60 minutes in the 40-60degrees Celsius, adding sodium hydroxide, raising the temperature to 55-75degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours, decompressing and dehydrating, adding boric acid under the condition of stirring, raising the temperature to 80-95degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, after cooling, vacuum drying in the 55-70degrees Celsius, crushing and thinning processing to obtain the modified powder, mixing modified powder, hollow glass microsphere, nano silicon dioxide, distilled water, and stirring, ultrasonic processing to obtain the modified solution, coating the modified solution on the antistatic layer, and vacuum drying as the protective layer to obtain an antistatic shock-proof winding film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for antistatic shock-proof winding film.
