NOVELTY - Method for preparing bio-based air purification nanofiber membrane involves taking rice husk powder, graphene nano-ceria composite powder, polyvinyl alcohol, and giant knotweed root extract as raw material to make a core layer solution or a shell layer solution, and performing coaxial electrospinning to make nanofiber membrane, where the preparation method of the shell solution involves (i) pretreating fresh giant knotweed root into giant knotweed root slurry, inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum, fermenting, and filtering to obtain fermentation broth, and extracting by liquid membrane to obtain giant knotweed root extract, (ii) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water to obtain an aqueous solution, (iii) dissolving cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in methanol, continuing to add rice husk powder, graphene nano-ceria composite powder, giant knotweed root extract, and dispersing to obtain a methanol solution, and (iv) stirring and mixing aqueous solution and methanol solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing bio-based air purification nanofiber membrane for production of mask (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber membrane has excellent air purification effect, and mask with excellent protective effect, use comfort and enhanced mechanical property, is prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing bio-based air purification nanofiber membrane involves taking rice husk powder, graphene nano-ceria composite powder, polyvinyl alcohol, and giant knotweed root extract as raw material to make a core layer solution or a shell layer solution, and performing coaxial electrospinning to make the product, where the preparation method of the shell solution involves (i) pretreating fresh giant knotweed root into giant knotweed root slurry, inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum, fermenting, and filtering to obtain fermentation broth, and extracting the fermentation broth by liquid membrane to obtain giant knotweed root extract, (ii) dissolving 1 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol in 4-5 pts. wt. water to obtain an aqueous solution, (iii) dissolving 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in 8-10 pts. wt. methanol, continuing to add 3-4 pts. wt. rice husk powder, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. graphene nano-ceria composite powder and 0.8-1 pt. wt. giant knotweed root extract, and ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing to obtain a methanol solution, and (iv) stirring and mixing aqueous solution and methanol solution to obtain the product, and the core layer solution is obtained by dissolving 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in 8-10 pts. wt. methanol, adding 3-4 pts. wt. rice husk powder, and ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing.
