▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a silicon substrate. A thermally grown oxide layer is grown. Positive photo-resist (PPR) coating is performed. Ultraviolet (UV) exposure is performed. Patterned PPR is obtained. Chromium or gold is deposited. Chromium or gold is removed from the PPR layer by using a lift-off procedure. The PPR layer in the substrate is removed. An interdigitated electrode (IDE) is obtained. Drop casted graphene oxide is placed in the IDE. USE - Method for fabricating an inter-digitated electrode (IDE) of a graphene oxide-based array sensing probe for monitoring in-depth soil moisture for different applications. Uses include but are not limited to agricultural, agronomic, ecological, geological, biological, environmental and soil engineering applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing the probe with low power consumption, low cost, easy installation/removal process, non-hazardous operation and eco-friendly device in an effective manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for synthesizing graphene oxide.
