NOVELTY - Graphene aqueous film coating comprises 40-60 wt.% aqueous resin, 3-15 wt.% nano graphene, 0.5-2.5 wt.% mixture of calcium sulfate crystal whisker and hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5-1.5 wt.% polyaniline, 1.5-0.5 wt.% polythiophene, 0.5-1.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% antifoaming agent and 30-40 wt.% water, the total amount of all components is 100 wt.%. USE - Used as graphene aqueous film coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: avoids the graphene sheet bad conductivity and heat network formation is not perfect; improves the electrical conductivity and heating performance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene aqueous film coating comprising adding aqueous resin and water, mixing to form the mixed solution, adding nano graphene powder in the mixed solution, stirring and dispersing it uniformly, and adding the mixed solution of polyaniline, polythiophene, leveling agent, calcium sulfate crystal whisker and antifoaming agent, hydrogenated castor oil and uniformly stirring to obtain the mixed solution, adding mixed solution into ball mill for ball milling at speed of 400-600 rotations/minutes for 4-6 hours.
