NOVELTY - Preparing complex material of a transition metal sulfide and graphene comprises (i) adding graphene and transition metal sulfide into anhydrous ethanol, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, placing in an oven, drying, mixing the graphene and the transition metal sulfide in argon and hydrogen gas mixture, heating and cooling, (ii) obtaining a complex material slurry and (iii) coating the complex slurry obtained in step (ii) uniformly onto the surface of the lithium-sulfur battery anode material with a thickness of 100-150 mm and drying in an oven at 40-60 degrees C. USE - The complex material is useful in lithium-sulfur battery electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing complex material of a transition metal sulfide and graphene comprises (i) adding graphene and atransition metal sulfide into anhydrous ethanol, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing, placing in an oven, drying, mixing the graphene and the transition metal sulfide in argon and hydrogen gas mixture, heating to 700-800 degrees C for 20-30 minutes and cooling, (ii) adding the reagent obtained in step (i) to N-methylpyrrolidone in a solvent, stirring, ultrasonically homogenizing and controlling the viscosity at 1000-10000 cps to obtain a complex material slurry and (iii) coating the complex slurry obtained in step (ii) uniformly onto the surface of the lithium-sulfur battery anode material with a thickness of 100-150 mm and drying in an oven at 40-60 degrees C. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) use of the complex material of transition metal sulfide and graphene in lithium-sulfur battery electrode, comprising preparing the complex slurry using the complex material of the transition metal sulfide and graphene, coating on the surface of the cathode material of the lithium-sulfur battery electrode and forming a functional film of complex of transition metal sulfides and graphene; and (2) the complex material of transition metal sulfide and graphene is prepared by the above method.
