NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material involves graphene oxide precursor, combining plasma oxidation and chemical oxidation to oxidize graphite powder to prepare graphene oxide precursor. The graphene oxide precursor is prepared by plasma oxidation to obtain graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is prepared by plasma reduction to obtain graphene material. USE - Method for preparing graphene material for preparing of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene material that has significant peeling effect, and increases the solubility of graphene in aqueous solution.
