NOVELTY - Gradient type-graphene zinc coating obtained by using different amounts of graphene and zinc to form multiple coating comprising a first coating that contacts a steel substrate and last coating in contact with a corrosion medium, where the zinc content is gradually reduced from the first coating to the last coating forming a gradient. USE - Used as a gradient type-graphene zinc coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating utilizes nano graphene material with large surface area and good conductivity, maintains the active cathode protection effect of the steel substrate, ensures reduced corrosion thermodynamic tendency of the outer layer coating and reduced, and is economical.
