▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silver/graphene composite fiber involves preparing a large sheets of graphene oxide by the improved Hummers method, and preparing 5-20 mg/mL graphene oxide water dispersion as a spinning solution. The spinning solution is filled into a needle cylinder with a spinneret inner diameter of 0.3 mm, and pushed it into a coagulation bath through a spinning pump. The coagulation bath is an aqueous solution of silver nitrate and acetic acid. The spinning speed of the spinning pump is 1.0-2.0 mL/h. The formed fiber is dried and immersed it in a reducing solution, and kept it at 80-100 degrees C for 2-8 hours. The washing is carried out with ethanol solution and deionized water successively, and dried at 50-60 degrees C to obtain silver/graphene composite fiber silver/graphene (Ag/rGOF). USE - Method for preparing silver/graphene composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver/graphene composite fiber is simple and convenient, no equipment is added, realizes the composite of metallic silver and graphene, and has better mechanical and electrical properties.
