NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-coated glass micro-powder involves (s1) dispersing oxidized graphene in pure water, (s2) adding low-melting-point glass micro-powder, and stirring uniformly, (s3) adding ammonium bifluoride solution, stirring and leaving, and reducing the oxidized graphene to form glass micro-powder of gel, and (s4) washing generated graphene gel using pure water, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated glass micro-powder used as phase change heat absorber to fill gap of lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The possibility of human body suction is reduced by coating graphene. The graphene-coated glass micro-powder secondary particles produced by the method will not generate dust. The generated graphene-coated glass micro-powder secondary particles belong to pure inorganic material, and the service life is long.
