NOVELTY - The preparation of foamed graphene microplate adsorbent for oily sewage treatment involves using fluffy polypropylene micropowder, high temperature bonding, cooling and solidifying to obtain foam template, fixing quenching gas carrying graphene microchip on the surface of the foam, grinding polypropylene particles to fine powder, mixing with microwave absorber, adding to closed mold, continuously introducing an inert gas to make polypropylene fine powder fluffy, adopting strong penetrating heating process for rapid heating at temperature below the melting temperature of polypropylene, binding polypropylene micropowder, cooling and solidifying to obtain polypropylene foam template, using microwave to rapidly heat the surface of foam template, passing quenching gas mixed with graphene microchip with high specific surface area, cooling and solidifying surface of foam template, fixing graphene microchip carried by quenching gas on surface of foam. USE - Preparation of foamed graphene microplate adsorbent for oily sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lightweight foamed graphene microplate adsorbent with high superhydrophobicity, large specific surface area, excellent adsorption potential value, excellent adsorption capacity, high cleaning effect, and obtains three-dimensional, foamed and large-grained graphene microchip.
