▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves using polymerization method to mix a needed graphene with solvent, diamine and dianhydride to obtain polyamic acid with graphene. The polyamic acid is uniformly coated on a plane plate by a coating machine and put into a high temperature oven to perform imidization to generate the needed polyimide. The product is taken out to peel a polyimide film on the plane plate material to obtain the needed polyimide layer. A polyimide layer is put into the middle. A layer of epoxy resin layer is paved on the upper and lower portions. A calendar is utilized for calendering and combining to obtain the needed material. The plane plate is a toughened glass plate, is stainless steel plate. USE - Manufacturing method of graphene-doped polyimide composite film used in high technology industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-doped polyimide composite film has high mechanical strength. The conductivity is improved obviously.
