NOVELTY - The module has a power module chip (24) coupled to a first side of a substrate (2). A graphene carbon-plastic alloy package (25) is molded on the substrate and the power chip. The substrate is provided with a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate is connected with the second substrate, and the third substrate is fixed on the first substrate. The graphene carbon-plastic alloy package completely covers the substrate and the power module chip. The graphene carbon-plastic alloy package completely covers or partially covers the first side of the substrate and completely covers the power module chip, where the graphene carbon-plastic alloy package is not covered the second side of the substrate opposite to the first side. USE - Power module for inverter on electrical automobile. Uses include but are not limited to LED lamp, communication device, computer, mobile phone, vehicle and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The module uses graphene carbon-plastic alloy as power module packaging material, which has good heat dissipation performance.
