▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing nanorobot comprises e.g. (a) placing the paramagnetic metal target in the sputtering chamber, and passing argon and oxygen into the sputtering chamber, starting the sputtering chamber power supply for magnetron sputtering, during the magnetron sputtering process, where the cavity temperature of the sputtering chamber is 800-1200 degrees C, (b) maintaining the chamber temperature of the sputtering chamber at 800-1200 degrees C, and passing acetylene gas into the sputtering chamber, (c) passing the shielding gas into the sputtering chamber, and within 5-15 minutes, where the cavity temperature of the sputtering chamber is reduced to 100-300 degrees C to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerenes, and(d) mixing paramagnetic metal fullerene and the crosslinking agent in a solvent to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerene solution, applying the paramagnetic metal fullerene solution to the surface of the substrate and curing to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerene film. USE - The nanorobot is useful for tumor treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanorobot has stable preparation method, good size uniformity and paramagnetism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nanorobot comprises (a) placing the paramagnetic metal target in the sputtering chamber, and passing argon and oxygen into the sputtering chamber, starting the sputtering chamber power supply for magnetron sputtering, during the magnetron sputtering process, where the cavity temperature of the sputtering chamber is 800-1200 degrees C, (b) maintaining the chamber temperature of the sputtering chamber at 800-1200 degrees C, and passing acetylene gas into the sputtering chamber, (c) passing the shielding gas into the sputtering chamber, and within 5-15 minutes, where the cavity temperature of the sputtering chamber is reduced to 100-300 degrees C to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerenes, (d) mixing paramagnetic metal fullerene and the crosslinking agent in a solvent to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerene solution, applying the paramagnetic metal fullerene solution to the surface of the substrate and curing to obtain paramagnetic metal fullerene film, and(e) cutting the paramagnetic metal fullerene film according to preset shape to obtain nanorobot for tumor treatment. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanorobot for tumor treatment prepared by above mentioned method.
