▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene oxide doped solid polymer electrolyte preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethyl formamide ultrasonically to form graphene oxide mixed solution into which thionyl chloride is added, mechanically stirred, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain sample-I. The sample-I is added with solution of polyethylene glycol and dimethyl sulfoxide, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain sample-II. The sample-II is stirred with mixture of polyethylene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol, and corresponding lithium salt, poured into PTFE mold chamber and dried. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene oxide doped solid polymer electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the modified graphene oxide doped solid polymer electrolyte with high ionic conductivity, and better mechanical strength and safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene oxide doped solid polymer electrolyte preparing method involves dispersing 0.1-1 g graphene oxide in 50-100 ml N,N-dimethyl formamide ultrasonically for 20-40 minutes to form uniformly dispersed graphene oxide mixed solution. 10-30 ml Thionyl chloride is added into the prepared graphene oxide mixed solution, mechanically stirred at 50-80 degrees C for 12-36 hours, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain sample-I. The sample-I is added with 10-20 ml solution of polyethylene glycol and dimethyl sulfoxide under nitrogen atmosphere at 50-70 degrees C for 48-72 hours, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain sample-II. Polyethylene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol are mechanically-stirred to react at 40-60 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain mixture. The sample-II is stirred into the mixture for 4-6 hours, and corresponding lithium salt for 5-8 hours. The resulting solution is poured into PTFE mold chamber, dried in fume hood for 12 hours and in a vacuum drying box for 24 hours.
