NOVELTY - Preparation of high-thermal conductivity graphene heat-dissipation film involves (1) adding graphene oxide film to be treated to a chamber of continuous microwave processing equipment, (2) vacuuming the chamber, introducing inert gas, adjusting microwave power to 800-1000 W, and pretreating the film at 1000-1500℃ to obtain a pretreated film, and (3) adding the pretreated film to an excimer laser processing equipment, and performing photoreduction and high-temperature structural reformation process on the pretreated film using laser wave. USE - Preparation of high-thermal conductivity graphene heat-dissipation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient large-scale preparation of the high-thermal conductivity graphene film with reduced energy consumption.
