USE - High strength and high toughness thermoplastic elastomer-modified asphalt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high strength and high toughness thermoplastic elastomer-modified asphalt comprising mixing raw materials, heating at 160 degrees C, stirring, reacting for 2 hours, compacting by grinding wheel, molding and curing at 60 degrees C for 1 day.
