NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum matrix composite material reinforced by graphene involves adding crystalline flake graphite powder in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, then added graphite powder, 50-80 wt.% sodium nitrate and 2-4 times weight of potassium permanganate, then stirred mechanically under ice bath for 30-120 minutes then heated at 30-4 degrees C constant temperature for 4-5 hours, then added deionized water and hydrogen peroxide, stirred for 1-3 hours, centrifuged and washed with 5% concentration hydrochloric acid is added until no sulfate ion to obtained graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing aluminum matrix composite material reinforced by graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare aluminum matrix composite material reinforced by graphene has greatly improves comprehensive performance of aluminum.
