▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-strength plastic film comprises a three-layer composite structure, a hyperbranched film is used as a base material, coating an intermediate composite layer of activated clay and amphiphilic graphene oxide on the surface of the base material, and silicon dioxide film is deposited on the surface of the intermediate composite layer. USE - The plastic film is useful for high-resistance vegetable and fruit packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plastic film improve the mechanical properties of the film as a fruit and vegetable, improve the barrier properties of the film and delays the storage time of fruits and vegetables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-strength plastic film, comprising (i) taking the active argil, parent graphene oxide and organic solvent with mass ratio of 1:0.5-1.3:20-40, (ii) adding the parent graphene oxide into the organic solvent by ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a uniform dispersion, adding active argil, stirring at high speed, covering the amphiphilic graphite oxide uniformly with active clay, adjusting viscosity to obtain active argil/amphiphilic graphene composite oxide dispersion, (iii) mixing active clay/amphiphilic graphite oxide composite dispersion coated on the hyper-surface of film substrate, and drying and curing to obtain composite middle layer film, and (iv) using magnetron sputtering in the middle composite layer film plated on the surface silicon dioxide film to obtain the high barrier preserving plastic film of three-layer composite structure under the vacuum environment.
