NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon fluoride electrode involves (s1) choosing foam metal as a current collector, (s2) uniformly plating a metal layer on the surface of the current collector, (s3) uniformly mixing a carbon fluoride material and a conductive agent, (s4) dispersing a binder in a solvent to obtain a binder dispersion liquid, (s5) adding a binder dispersion liquid in a mixture of carbon fluoride material and conductive agent to obtain agglomerate of mixture, (s6) extruding the agglomerate, and filling in a current collector to form electrode sheet, and (s7) drying the solvent in the electrode sheet. USE - Preparation of carbon fluoride electrode (claimed) used in lithium fluorocarbon primary battery. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fluoride electrode has high electrode loading capacity, which greatly improves the energy density of the battery, improves the conductivity of the carbon fluoride thick electrode, and reduces the polarization and discharge process of the heat productivity.
