NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial antistatic nonwoven fabric comprises e.g. adding graphene oxide and nano-titanium dioxide in acid solution, filtering to obtain mixed powder A, reacting mixed powder A, polyacrylic acid, silane coupling agent, concentrated sulfuric acid, dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide in reaction kettle, introducing argon, heating to obtain mixture B, washing mixture B, drying, magnetically stirring with nylon and dimethylmethanolamine to obtain mixed solution C, (iv) paving polypropylene nonwoven fabric substrate on metal flat plate, adding mixed solution C to injection pump, connecting injection pump and spinneret, placing spinneret on metal plate with polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate, applying high voltage between spinneret and metal plate to spray mixed solution C in injection pump on polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate to obtain semi-finished non-woven fabric, and vacuum drying semi-finished non-woven fabric to obtain antibacterial antistatic nonwoven fabric. USE - The fabric is useful for production and processing of masks. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and suitable for wider range of applications and popularization. The fabric has high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial antistatic nonwoven fabric comprises (i) continuously stirring to add graphene oxide and nano-titanium dioxide in acid solution for 3-5 minutes, and filtering to obtain mixed powder A for use, (ii) continuously stirring to react mixed powder A, polyacrylic acid, silane coupling agent, concentrated sulfuric acid, dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide in reaction kettle, introducing argon to kettle, and heating at 85-90 degrees C for 6-7 hours to obtain mixture B for use, (iii) washing mixture B with deionized water, drying in drying box, and magnetically stirring with nylon and dimethylmethanolamine for 35 minutes to 30 hours to obtain mixed solution C for use, (iv) paving polypropylene nonwoven fabric substrate on metal flat plate, and adding mixed solution C to injection pump, connecting injection pump and spinneret through pipeline, placing spinneret on metal plate with polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate, and applying high voltage between spinneret and metal plate to spray mixed solution C in injection pump on polypropylene non-woven fabric substrate to obtain semi-finished non-woven fabric for use, and (v) vacuum drying semi-finished non-woven fabric in vacuum drying box, and taking out to obtain antibacterial antistatic nonwoven fabric.
