▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of chromium-containing alloy element powder material on gearbox synchronizer hub, involves (i) preparing chromium-containing alloy element powder material by mixing chromium in the Ancorsteel-4300(RTM: Press-ready, binder-treated chromium steels) material and graphene in a high-energy ball mill to obtain premixed components, mixing the premixed components with remaining components in a drum mixer to obtain chromium-containing alloy element powder materials, using a gearbox synchronizer gear hub mold, and press molding, (ii) using a protective atmosphere in the rolling bottom furnace, sintering the gearbox synchronizer gear hub model, and tempering to obtain a sintered part of gear hub of the gearbox synchronizer, and (iii) subjecting the sintered gear hub of the gearbox synchronizer in step (ii) to shaping, machining, heat treatment, finishing, magnetic flaw detection, and finished product inspection to obtain the gear hub product of the gearbox synchronizer, is claimed. USE - The chromium-containing alloy element powder material is used on gearbox synchronizer hub (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chromium-containing alloy element powder material satisfies part of large torque gear hub strength requirement, improves tensile strength of the gearbox synchronizer gear hub from 700 MPa of the original D39 to more than 950 MPa and strength requirement of the synchronizer hub of 300-450 N, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of chromium-containing alloy element powder material on gearbox synchronizer hub, involves (i) preparing chromium-containing alloy element powder material comprising 0.01-1 %mass graphene, and remaining of Ancorsteel-4300 (RTM: Press-ready, binder-treated chromium steels) material by mixing 1 %mass chromium in the Ancorsteel-4300 (RTM: Press-ready, binder-treated chromium steels) material and 0.01-1 %mass graphene in a high-energy ball mill to obtain premixed components, completely mixing the premixed components with the remaining components in a drum mixer to obtain chromium-containing alloy element powder materials, using a gearbox synchronizer gear hub mold on a fully automatic closed mechanical press, and press molding at 600-620 MPa and 120-150℃, (ii) using a protective atmosphere with a dew point of less than 30℃ and a composition of 90 vol.% nitrogen and 10 vol.% in the rolling bottom furnace, sintering the gearbox synchronizer gear hub model in step (i) at 1200-1250℃ for 30-60 minutes, starting from the temperature of 900-950℃ and cooling at a slight cooling rate of 3-5℃/second, and tempering at 200-250℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain a sintered part of the gear hub of the gearbox synchronizer, and (iii) subjecting the sintered gear hub of the gearbox synchronizer in step (ii) to shaping, machining, heat treatment, finishing, magnetic flaw detection, and finished product inspection to obtain the gear hub product of the gearbox synchronizer, is claimed.
