NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot soil curing agent comprises e.g. using polymer graphene quantum dot solution comprising phytic acid powder, sodium metasilicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, and water, polymer graphene quantum dot expanding solution, and polymer graphene quantum dot surface active solution, where the preparation of polymer graphene quantum dot solution (I) comprises (a) placing the phytic acid powder into the first vacuum reactor, adding multiple times of water dilution, sodium metasilicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, setting the rotation speed, setting the temperature, reacting for 2-8 hours, stopping and cooling the polymer graphene quantum dot mother liquor at room temperature, (b) filtering the polymer graphene quantum dot mother liquor obtained in step (a) with 0.1-0.25 mu m microporous membrane, dialyzing the lower layer liquid with 3500 Da dialysis bag for 24-72 hours to remove excess impurities in the reactant, obtaining polymer graphene quantum dot aqueous solution. USE - The graphene quantum dot soil curing agent is useful for tailings backfill solidification, secondary solidification of construction waste, lake sludge solidification, oil field sludge solidification, road construction solidification, house construction solidification, port construction solidification, and airport construction solidification. ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot soil curing agent: has high curing strength with less curing amount; is environmentally friendly and suitable for the addition of various concrete materials and the curing of soft soils. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene quantum dot soil curing agent comprises using polymer graphene quantum dot solution comprising 150-550 pts. wt. phytic acid powder, 150-350 pts. wt. sodium metasilicate, 150-350 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, and 550-800 pts. wt. water, polymer graphene quantum dot expanding solution, and polymer graphene quantum dot surface active solution, where the preparation of polymer graphene quantum dot solution (I) comprises (a) placing the phytic acid powder into the first vacuum reactor, adding multiple times of water dilution, sodium metasilicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, setting the rotation speed to more than 450 rotations/second, setting the temperature to 35-95 degrees C, reacting for 2-8 hours, stopping and cooling the polymer graphene quantum dot mother liquor at room temperature, (b) filtering the polymer graphene quantum dot mother liquor obtained in step (a) with 0.1-0.25 mu m microporous membrane, dialyzing the lower layer liquid with 3500 Da dialysis bag for 24-72 hours to remove excess impurities in the reactant, obtaining polymer graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, (c) quenching the polymer graphene quantum dot aqueous solution obtained in step (b) with liquid nitrogen, lyophilizing in freeze dryer, and grinding to obtain polymer graphene quantum dot powder, where the preparation of polymer graphene quantum dot expanding solution (II) comprises using 150-400 pts. wt. phytic acid powder, 120-350 pts. wt. calcium formate, 100-300 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 200-500 pts. wt. sodium chloride, 200-500 pts. wt. sodium sulfate, 300-800 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 500-800 pts. wt. multiple water composition, (a) placing the phytic acid powder into the second vacuum reactor, and adding calcium formate, magnesium oxide, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, calcium chloride, setting the rotation speed more than 450 rotations/minute, setting the temperature to 35-60 degrees C, stopping the reaction after 2-8 hours, cooling at room temperature to obtain graphene quantum dot expansion mother liquor, (b) transferring polymer graphene quantum dot expansion mother liquor obtained in (a) to centrifuge, setting at rotational speed of 11000 rotations/second for 15-30 minutes, obtaining the polymer graphene quantum dot expanding aqueous solution, (c) quenching graphene quantum obtained in step (b) with liquid nitrogen, lyophilizing in freeze dryer, and grinding to obtain polymer graphene quantum dot expanded powder, where the preparation of polymer graphene quantum dot surface active solution (III) comprises using 120-250 pts. wt. phytic acid, 120-250 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 150-300 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, 200-500 pts. wt. sulfonated oil, 500-800 pts. wt. acidified sodium silicate solution, the content of phytic acid is greater than or equal to 50%, and the molecular formula is C6H18O24P6, (a) placing phytic acid hexaphosphate, sodium lignosulfonate, sulfonated oil, acidified sodium silicate solution into third vacuum reactor, setting speed of rotator to 550-750 rotations/second, setting the temperature to 30-45 degrees C, reacting for 2-8 hour, obtaining the polymer graphene quantum dot surface active mother liquor, (b) filtering the polymer graphene quantum dots surface active mother liquor obtained in step (a) through 0.1-0.3 mu m microporous membrane, dialyzing the lower layer liquid in 4500Da dialysis bag, carrying out the dialysis for 24-72 hours to obtain surface active aqueous solution of polymer graphene quantum dots, (c) quenching the surface active aqueous solution of polymer graphene quantum dots of step (b) with liquid nitrogen, lyophilizing in freeze dryer and grinding to obtain polymer graphene quantum dot surface active powder, where the liquid nitrogen quenching time is 1-5 hours, lyophilizing, grinding into 80-200 nm, obtaining polymer graphene quantum dot aqueous solution, mixing polymer graphene quantum dot solution, the polymer graphene quantum dot expanding aqueous solution, polymer graphene quantum dot surface active aqueous solution in the ratio of 20-30:50-60:20, transferring to the ultrasonic cleaner, controlling at the temperature of 45-75 degrees C, where the ultrasonic cleaner processing power is 600-1000 W, ultrasonic treatment time is 3-8 hours, placing in V-type mixing reactor, setting the rotation speed more than 400 rotations/second, raising the temperature to 60-75 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 30-60 minutes, naturally cooling, and obtaining the polymer graphene quantum dot soil curing agent.
