NOVELTY - A graphene-graphene oxide-nano filler-based anticorrosive coating comprises 10-50 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.05-2 parts mass graphene, 0.05-2 parts mass graphene oxide, 0.5-20 parts mass zinc oxide, 0.5-20 parts mass cerium oxide, 1-30 parts mass nano filler, 20-70 parts mass filler, 3-30 parts mass pigment, 1-10 parts mass dispersant, 0.005-1 part mass leveling agent, 10-50 parts mass mixed solvent, 2-10 parts mass curing agent, and 1-10 parts mass accelerator. USE - Graphene-graphene oxide-nano filler-based coating used for back surface of mirror. ADVANTAGE - The coating is more dense, has improved toughness and compactness due to the presence of nano filler which reduces the internal stress caused during curing process and provides better protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves adding dispersant into mixed solvent, adding graphene and graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene and graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving epoxy resin in the mixed solvent, adding dispersant, nano filler, filler, titanium oxide, zinc oxide and cerium oxide, grinding graphene and graphene oxide dispersion in a horizontal sand mill at a fineness of less than or equal to 15 mu at 300-1000 Pa.second, adding epoxy resin-based iron oxide yellow dispersion, epoxy resin-based carbon black dispersion and epoxy resin-based phthalocyanine dispersion to adjust the color, adding leveling agent, and dissolving curing agent and accelerator in the mixed solvent.
