NOVELTY - A lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon composite anode material comprises silicon-carbon composite core-shell structure. The core comprises comprising nano silicon/graphene sheet and soft carbon, which is obtained by heat-treatment of nanocrystalline silicon/graphene sheet and soft carbon precursor. Soft carbon is attached to nano-silicon/graphene sheet surface. A free space is provided between nano-silicon/graphene sheets. The shell is made of nano carbon material. Nano-carbon is coated to the surface of core. USE - Lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon composite anode material (claimed).
