NOVELTY - Amino oxidized graphene/cellulose acetate composite material containing polypyrrole prepared by e.g. formulating graphene oxide as 1 mg/ml solution and 50 ml solution, sonicating, stirring and reacting, centrifuging, washing and freeze-drying, mixing aminated graphene oxide suspension with basic solution of cellulose diacetate, mechanically shearing or ultrasonically treating, polymerizing, using microfiltration membrane filtering, precipitating, and freeze-drying, and grinding the black aminated graphene oxide/cellulose acetate composite powder containing polypyrrole, is claimed. USE - The composite material is useful for adsorbing and purifying of exhaust gas and wastewater containing organic matter and/or heavy metal ions, conductive composite membranes, supercapacitors, electrodes and electrocatalytic materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has properties of cellulose acetate, graphene oxide and polypyrrole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Amino oxidized graphene/cellulose acetate composite material containing polypyrrole prepared by formulating graphene oxide as 1 mg/ml solution and 50 ml solution, sonicating in a water bath, taking 15 mg N,N-dimethylethylenediamine or N,N-diethylethylenediamine into a graphene oxide solution, adding 12 mg 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, taking 100 mg N-hydroxysuccinimide and 12 mg 4-dimethylaminopyridine, stirring and reacting at 25 degrees C for 24 hours, centrifuging the solution at 6,000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 1 hour, discarding the supernatant and repeatedly washing the lower layer for three times with deionized water and freeze-drying for 12 hours, mixing aminated graphene oxide suspension with basic solution of cellulose diacetate, stirring the mixture, mechanically shearing or ultrasonically treating to obtain aminated graphene oxide/cellulose composite, where the alkaline solution is sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide, urea, thiourea, and deionized water are mixed at weight ratio of 1-10:4-10:0-10:70-95, dissolving amine oxide graphene/cellulose acetate composites in deionized water to obtain ultrasonic suspension, adding pyrrole monomer, adding the same amount of dopant sodium chloride, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (DBSNa), slowly adding the oxidant iron(III) chloride hexahydrate, while stirring, polymerizing the pyrrole monomer for 6-24 hours, centrifuging the resulting suspension, re-precipitating in a deionized water, and dispersing ultrasonically and washing, until the upper liquid obtained by centrifuging is neutral, plaing the product in a Buchner funnel, using microfiltration membrane filtering, precipitating, and freeze-drying for 24 hours, and grinding the black aminated graphene oxide/cellulose acetate composite powder containing polypyrrole, is claimed.
