NOVELTY - Anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating comprises 60-100 pts. wt. inorganic binder,10-30 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane, 3-5 pts. wt. nano oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. sheet filler, 0.2-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. silane-terminated polyurethane,0.5-1 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 30-60 pts. wt. diluent. USE - Used as anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating comprising e.g. inorganic binder. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating achieves high bond strength with metal substrate; achieves balance in toughness and hardness; significantly increases the content of graphene oxide and content of low surface energy substances; ensures that the low surface energy macromolecular polyurethane can promote the migration of graphene oxide; reduces the contact angle on the surface; improves the hardness and compactness and enhances the permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating comprising (a) preparing material, (b) uniformly mixing graphene oxide, titanate coupling agent and 1/2 diluent, adjusting pH to 5-6, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding silane-terminated polyurethane, continuing ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes to obtain graphene oxide slurry, (c) uniformly mixing hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane, nano-oxide, sheet filler, wetting dispersant and remaining diluents, grinding for 20-30 minutes, adding the graphene oxide slurry prepared in step (b), stirring at a speed of 2000-3000revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixture and (d) uniformly mixing and stirring the inorganic binder, film-forming auxiliary agent and the mixture prepared in step (c) at a speed of 2000-3000revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain the anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating; (2) constructing anti-penetration long-lasting anti-corrosion coating comprising applying the anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating on the metal substrate through brushing, roller coating, spraying and other processes, drying at 25-35 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, heating to 100-150 degrees C and drying for 30-60 minutes to obtain a coating film, where the thickness of the coating film is 50-300 mu m, the content of graphene oxide in the upper half of the coating film is more than 85% of the graphene oxide and the graphene oxide does not directly contact the substrate; and (3) use of an anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating comprising applying the anti-penetration long-lasting anticorrosive coating to the metal surface used in the field of waste incineration.
