▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The semiconductor structure has ordered array of graphene (34) nanoribbons which is located on a surface of a substrate (30'). Each graphene nanoribbon of ordered array has a width which is less than 10 nanometers. The ordered array of graphene nanoribbons is present as a hexagonal arrangement, or square arrangement, triangular arrangement. USE - Semiconductor structure for use in cellular phones, personal computing device. ADVANTAGE - Enables both small reproducible features to enable a suitable band gap and higher current drive two features that are highly desirable for nano-electronic devices such as graphene based FET. Promotes high current levels and controllable formation and variety of possible lattice arrangement by narrow distribution of graphene nanoribbons within graphene lattice structure.
