NOVELTY - Preparing electrically controlled adsorption film comprises (a) mixing surfactant, water and conductive material, dispersing, obtaining conductive material dispersion liquid, loading on bottom film by the mode of vacuum-assisted physical deposition, and obtaining conductive film, (b) mixing surfactant, water, additive and electropolymerization monomer, and obtaining electropolymerization electrolyte, (c) mixing the conductive film and the electropolymerization electrolyte to obtain a conductive film with an adsorption functional layer; and (d) soaking and cleaning the conductive film successively to obtain the electronically controlled adsorption film, where the step (a) and step (b) are in no particular order. USE - The adsorption film is useful in preparing self-cleaning of the electric control adsorption film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids the topical medicine in the sewage treatment process, and realizes the synchronous remove pollutant and small molecular weight organic matter.
