NOVELTY - Preparation of 2-aminomethyl-4-fluoropyridine-graphene oxide-modified-epoxy resin involves adding 1 g graphene oxide (I), 100 ml acetonitrile to the beaker, ultrasonically treating for 3 hours, pouring the shaken mixture into three-necked flask, adding 1 g 2-aminomethyl-4-fluoropyridine (II) with magnetic stirring at 100 degrees C, refluxing for 18 hours, centrifuging and washing 4-6 times under anhydrous ethanol, drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C to obtain amino-methyl-containing additive (III), mixing 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 6-10 pts. wt. obtained flame-retardant additive (III), 20-40 pts. wt. flame-retardant and cured compound, 5-8 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-12 pts. wt. modified-phenolic resin, and 1-2 pts. wt. curing accelerator. USE - Preparation of 2-aminomethyl-4-fluoropyridine-graphene oxide-modified-epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of 2-aminomethyl-4-fluoropyridine-graphene oxide-modified-epoxy resin having excellent thermal stability, and mechanical properties.
