▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Synchronous stripping and collecting method for producing graphene by electrochemical method, comprises (i) preparing graphite, filter bag film, counter electrode, electrolyte, power supply, and electrolytic cell, (ii) filtering the graphite filter bag film, placing electrolyte in electrolytic cell, packaging graphite of the filter bag film and vertically and parallel to the electrode in the electrolyte, between the graphite and counter electrode is provided with a gap, the graphite and the counter electrode is connected with the positive and negative electrodes of the power supply, (iii) turning on the power supply, setting voltage as 1-60 V and electrochemical stripping time to 1-10 hours, and (iv) peeling graphite in the filter bag film, adding into graphene slurry, directly taking out the filter bag film collected with graphene from the electrolyte, and performing next treatment to the graphene. USE - The method is useful for synchronous stripping and collecting method for producing graphene by electrochemical method. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures safety of peeling process; is convenient for collection of the graphene product; improves secondary peeling degree and graphene yield of the graphite particles; and adopts electrochemical method for exfoliated graphite to prepare graphene process can be stable, safe, continuous and mass production.
