NOVELTY - The module comprises a metal base layer (41), a heat conducting layer (42), and a circuit layer sequentially arranged in sequence. The material of the metal base layer is aluminum, and the raw material of heat conducting layer is a graphene carbon nano-tube composite material. The material of the circuit layer is electrolytic copper foil. USE - Printed circuit board battery module for electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum substrate is capable of bearing higher current. The graphene carbon nano-tube composite material has ultra-high thermal conductivity using the heat conducting layer prepared by it, the heat propagation is changed from a single unidirectional downward propagation to diffusion propagation, which greatly improves the radiating ability of the PCB circuit board.
