NOVELTY - Modified fiber product comprises modified fiber containing a graphene material having particle size of less than 1 mu m mainly present in the modified fiber product. The graphene material having a particle diameter of 1 to 20 mu m is mainly present outside the modified fiber. USE - Modified fiber product used for producing textile, underwear, protective clothing, thermal clothes and socks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-like material, which involves: (A) cooling graphene oxide after the reduction treatment is conducted, where reduction treatment comprises reducing agent method or heating reduction; (B) using reducing agent for reduction, where reducing agent comprises ascorbate, hydrazine hydrate, glucose, ethylenediamine, sodium citrate, L-cysteine, hydroiodic acid or sodium borohydride and heating reduction method non-oxidizing atmosphere; and (C) using high pressure reaction kettle; (D) introducing protective gas; and (E) reducing the obtained product at temperature not more than 200 degrees C and pressure not more than 1.6mpa.
